I might get a wild hair and raise this PF. I'm probably betting the turn about 30-35 cents and folding to a check-raise. As played, I don't think calling the river is terrible, and I don't think folding is terrible either.

He does it with busted flush draws, T9, and general other gay bluffs, you can pick this one off all day. Plus you have two pair.

Oh... and the cheap info you get regarding the way he plays on these boards.

I snap call.

This could be a busted flush draw, or Jx type of hand, also some other complete bluff.

Also we get info on what he calls that flop bet with for less than the pot size.

How do villain's stats affect our decision? 22 hands isn't enough for a read, but what about 100, 500, or 1000? Even then, what kind of stats are we looking for before our snapcall becomes a hesitant call or even a fold? AF of 1? 0.5? 0.1? Would any of this information even matter?

Villains stats don't affect this decision for me at all.

So the information received outweighs the increasing chance we are beat as his AF drops. I can see that considering it's only 5BBs to call.
