Default 100nl TPTK calling down LAG

Villain is 30/14/3. I've seen him squeeze shove with 99 (I think it was more a case of the right move at the wrong time than being a donk) and he's been raising quite frequently recently.

Should I be raising at any point here or is calling him down fine? I think the flop may be the point to raise, but I like the idea of handing this guy some rope.

I wondered about the small 3bet pf and thought aces or kings, but this guy has been very aggressive, so I think he bets worse queens etc. alot of the time.

Standard?

Seems like he would bet AA or KK a bit heavier.

Players who are bad enough to min re raise AA/KK pre flop normally mash the pot button post flop from my experience. I don't like raising the flop because there are hands he can 3 bet us with that we beat (namely AK and a 10).

I think this is pretty standard although we always feel slightly silly the times that they do flip over aces or kings
