BB ($7.90)

Hero bets $4.5, UTG folds, MP folds.
Final Pot: $10.60
Results in white below:
No showdown. Hero wins $10.60.
Can't help but feel I lost value in this hand. Consider the villians to be average nl10 donks. I know I should be cbetting most 3bet pots, but is 3/4 showing too much strength?

No it's standard.
If you 3bet there preflop with AK or something and you'd be leading that flop, you have to do it with the nuts as well. 3/4 is also a standard cbet given the flop texture.
It helps with your deception, if they see you showdown a monster, you will be able to run over the table a bit more as they will give you credit for big hands. If they see you showdown air (or even if you just take down a load of pots uncontested) you'll get action on the big hands.

And if you bet smaller, get a call or two, and the turn is the or , what are you doing now?
