Default 50nl bit excessive with the c/r?

Villain is 42/7/2 over 200 hands or so. Only hand I've seen him raise pf with so far is AA, but these stats were datamined and I wasn't at the table that long. I think I was 14/11 or something at the time, I'd done a couple of 3bets and hadn't exactly been nittish.

I was a bit occupied with another table and didn't think too much and just hit the pot button on the flop. Bit excessive I thought.

Comments on both pf and flop welcome.

What are the thoughts on these plays and are any of them more optimal than my line?

- Leading 2/3 pot and trying to get the money in
- c/r to $15
- check-call and hand him some rope

I'm fine with this, you're making that flush draw pay to chase.

Follow Walmart and re-raise so he has to call additional $9.7. Looks cheap and he will call.

He rarely has a flush draw. We can't automatically fear flushes every hand there are 2 cards of 1 suit on the flop.
Since we are OOP I like to check raise this up to $17 or so. I would do this with alot of hands including AQ/44/mid pairs/flush draws/bluffs and pretty much never lead into the PFR so it is kind of a forced play. In position I am happier flat calling since if we call it is to check turn and I don't want him to check behind..

I should probably add this fwiw. Just after he bet he put "please no flush" in the chatbox while I was thinking.

Never, ever slowplay then. Shove and watch him call with his flush draw.
