If you think he's folding more than 40% of the time then yes.

I need to add that i generally only do this if it's folded to me on the button and occasionally in the CO.

The pre-flop raise is most likely +ev. The flop bet is where he has to fold 40+%.

Also, having a general idea what hands he defends with would be a plus. If he's only defending with big hands, then PF is +ev, but flop bet is not. If he never folds PF there, then PF may not be +ev, but flop probably is.

Great flop to be cbetting as well, no draws and he struggles to continue without an A or a set.
