Default AJo defending the blinds???

This table was as loose as anything, these two players especially. MP would constantly limp, and others on the table would raise pre flop, so he lost a lot folding his limps.

This was after a bad dry spell, trying to play tight, and I thought I needed to kick my aggression up a little and figured AJo was the best hand in the bunch this time.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (5 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

MP ($3.47)
Button ($2.70)
SB ($3.70)
Hero ($4.92)
UTG ($6.37)

Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
1 fold, MP calls $0.05, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero raises to $0.25, MP calls $0.20, SB calls $0.20.

Flop: ($0.75) , , (3 players)
SB bets $0.05, Hero raises to $0.6, MP folds, SB calls $0.55.

Turn: ($1.95) (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.2, SB calls $1.20.

River: ($4.35) (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $4.35

Results in white below:
SB has Jc 9s (two pair, jacks and nines).
Hero has Jh As (one pair, jacks).
Outcome: SB wins $4.35.

I might've bet a little more on the turn but as it was he would've called. nh

Yeah not much you can do here. He just got lucky. Otherwise he is probably paying you off with his whole stack. What a donk.

I don't mind checking the turn and calling a river bet, but your line is fine too I suppose (assuming they are stations who'll call down far worse hands than TPTK).
