I make it $1.20 pf.

Any other reads apart from the stats? 60 hands isn't alot to base an AF on. If he is uber tight and doesn't like to bet then I'd call for pot control. Not too many horrible turn cards as a club will give you the nut draw with position.

If you've seen him lead anything other than monsters then I'm happily raising to $3.

Actually wait, its blind on blind. Fuck it I'm raising to $3.

Very easy raise, I don't like calling in case a club comes and they get too scared to continue. When PFR cold calls a weak flop lead it usually means a draw (and sometimes a monster).
