How did BB get his stack?

You can basically rule out AA and KK because they're shoved pf 100% of the time so yeah super happy to get it in on this board. Don't overbet flop though, $3 is better.

Good raising sizes preflop.
Id bet for $3 on the flop instead of $4. it is rarely a good idea to overbet pot. (Misread stack sizes this was wrong- Not that it matters here since anything $3 or more and you are essentially all in.)

Not from my experience.

I actually disagree with wota, I think your 4bet should be bigger, maybe to about $2

I'm in the bigger 4bet camp as well, $2.25 imo.

As played bet $3 on the flop, and you're probably going broke at this level given that they can probably turn up with 22 and think it's the nuts.
