I VERY rarely bluff someone with those stats, there really is no need imo. Just sit and be patient, they'll pay you off when you have a hand. Your bet just turns a hand with showdown value, Ace high, in to a complete bluff where we only get called by a better hand.

I should've mentioned in the OP, the guy hasn't shown signs of being the usual postflop station, just plays far too many hands preflop and likes to draw. He doesn't exactly call everything down like the stats would suggest.
But I see your point though.
