My trend of losing big pots while only winning small pots seems to be continuing. I knew he had a set, I even typed it into the chat box before I donkey called. I don't know why I call BUT I KEEP FUCKING DOING IT. It just seems like anytime I get a big pair PF, 1 of 2 things will happen....
1> I raise PF and get 1/2 callers. They miss the flop, I bet and they fold. I win something like $8.
2> I raise PF and get 1/2 callers. One of them flops a set/2 pair/etc, I go broke.
So what's the solution? Do I just shut down anytime I get action? Take comfort in winning the small pots and anytime a pot grows I should just fold unless I'm holding the nuts? Like here, I saw $28 of my money that I had already invested in this pot and I didn't just want to give it up. How do I know he's not shoving on a flush draw? How do I know he doesn't have 99 and think I'm bluffing?
Seriously, I dont think I really know how to play this game anymore.
