He raised UTG, so the PF call is fine. Bet the turn for the same reason that you just called preflop. If you don't get action on a .75-.85 bet, you're not getting action on the river and check-raise is gonna make him fold without a King and the bet you're check-raising'll usually be less than what you would bet not to mention your river value bet. If he gives you action to the check-raise, chances are he'll raise your bet or call you down anyway.

If he had a King, it would've all went in on the turn, no matter what. He raised UTG preflop. Even in the micros where people don't play position well, he's got something. He's not folding AA/QQ/AJ/TT, maybe even 99 or an Ace high gutshot. He can even see you betting as a valuable spot to bluff-raise with Ace high.
