What hand do you put this guy on? He shows a 2s 5s - Pair 2's w/ a open straight draw - the call on the turn was a no brainer of course since I only had 19 bucks, but if had had more $$ ($100) he may have bet me off these aces.

Indeed raise more pf. You don't really want a 4-way pot with aces and they aren't folding to that raise. I'd pop it to $12 or so.
