PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed)

MP2 ($98.50)
MP3 ($94.25)
CO ($32.20)
Button ($50.15)
SB ($117.40)
Hero ($148.70)
UTG ($28.75)
UTG+1 ($92.50)
MP1 ($65)

Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
2 folds, MP1 calls $1, 3 folds, Button raises to $3, 1 fold, Hero calls $2, MP1 calls $2.

Flop: ($9.50) , , (3 players)
Hero bets $4, MP1 calls $4, Button calls $4.

Turn: ($21.50) (3 players)
Hero bets $12, MP1 calls $12, Button calls $12.

River: ($57.50) (3 players)

I'd definitely check, I'd be expecting a split and wouldn't want the house to take any more rake
I'd also call a reasonably sized bet, I don't think you need to be too worried about the full house here because of the way the hand has played out.

this is a spot I might like to bet 1/3 of the pot or so and fold to a raise on the river as a blocking bet.

do you generally call with AXo oop preflop?

I like to defend my blinds, probably to a fault. Plus I figured I would be getting almost 4 to 1 on my money, so...

Definitely bet the river. I'd pot it on the turn though because I wouldn't want someone else catching broadway later on.

if you want to defend, then reraise. cold calling ATo out of position sucks hard.

oh, and bet pot on the flop, rest is good.
