bet like 200 into the river
it looks like a bluff and they might try to reraise u to get ur chips in
either that or they just call and u take it down +200 more dollars

I agree. Seems like a bit smaller bet has more potential to get called with the paired board. I might make it like $300 though.

I'd prefer check/calling the turn and value betting the river. It's clear Villian has no straight. 78's really all that calls. It looks like he floated the flop with big garbage and at least value betting the river'll induce a bluff. Bet like $220-$250 depending on how bluffy he is.

The river bet is uncallable by him, even if he has the idiot straight or something.
You want to get some money if he does. $200 feels good.
I'd play the flop differently, probably cr, but I'm not saying that's better than your play.

All those saying river bet is too big should look at Eclipses Glory Corner posts.
He was getting people willing to call all in with 3rd pair when betting the same. On a board like this a decent playerwould probably realise that a bet of 200ish is a value bet and that even an overpair can really only beat a stone cold bluff.
Dependent on opponent I may play it the same.
