Default 3/6 Turn with OE+FD after CR'ing Flop OOP.

Converter's gay right now.

3/6 6max. on bet365

Villian (TAG, pretty aggressive postflop in position) starts with ~$630. I have $1700+ and have being playing my normal game.

I open raise to $22 in the CO . Villian calls OTB.

Flop: ($53)
I check to raise,Villian bets $36. I raise to $111.

Turn: ($275)
Villian has about $470 left. What do you do?

you cant check. cause if it goes check check and you lead a diamond river he knows what you have.

i would just bet $201 and obv call a push. i think you still have fold equity here.

OTB=On The Button

It was a stupid CR. I got cute 'cause I knew he'd bet and I and figured he'd 3-bet my CR with an overpair or fold nothing. I should've just bet $40 on the flop to 3-bet. If I bet $40, he can raise so many times to $100-$120 and I could get him to fold a lot of those hands 3-betting to put him in a push/fold spot. Or he calls a re-pop to $275-$300 and I have great odds to shove the turn.

I bet half his stack to try and commit him to the hand and call any push he makes.

yeah, betting the flop then 3betting if raised is without a doubt the best way to play the hand imo. It will make ur decisions alot easier on the turn, thats for sure.
anyways, id probably bet 2/3s potsize on the flop and take it from there.

Try for a check-raise all in?

I think if checked to and he bets 150-200 on turn and you put him all in for another 275-325 you still have some fold equity. It looks like you expect him to call for sure and are almost certainly not bluffing so if he's a decent player he may fold a lot of hands he will bet with there.

If he checks behind so be it you have a free card.
