Yeah, but only because you're double suited and connecting, it's worth a flop for set/straight value. You had position and all the reason to believe you were getting HU with the raiser or he'd come back over the top to take you out of the pot and HU is the only time a flush has value.
As this played out PF, he either checked with the intention of raising or folding, so this is a good bet because it's small enough to not be retarded and bet enough to make him laydown unless he has 2 pair, AKxx, a straight flush draw, or one of the two. He's usually overplaying a pair OOP and we know it's not AAxx or KKxx because people just shove with this PF. This up's your fold equity.
Back to the PF question, it's not wrong to play it as you did, but it's risky. Just calling or folding isn't bad at all. Folding this at lo-stakes tables just makes your decisions easier.
