I'd check-push the flop. If he has Aces or Kings, chances are that an Ace or a King won't hit the board to get you away from the hand and the game isn't too deep stacked. I don't like a raise to $15-$18 because of the stack sizes.

Most importantly, this is a big bet. I'd expect something more like $4-$4.50 from AA, KK, and probably a check from a set. People slowplay too much in these games that a bet like this is a good tell.

No reraise PF?

I'm definately feeling a reraise on this one to see where villian's at. I would feel way more comfortable even though your OOP.

Tough to guage where you are in the hand though, have you played many hands OOP? Only played tight aggressive IP? Too much for me now to know without offering better advice...

All I can see, is you call throughout the hand. I would check-pushed as Alex suggested PostFlop, or at the very least, reraised against the Post Flop bet! his stack was big enough he would release imho for you to win it right there if you made a good pot sized reraise committing him.
