Ok a few probs with UB. Been working fine with stars but I'm not always playing there.
1. How do I get the hands to import properly? I'm using Ultimate History to save the hands but when I try to import the text file (word wrap is off btw) it says the very helpful "failed to import" message.
2. Does the Live tracker work with UB? I can't find UB in the list to start it.

For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

Got some problems with Full Tilt table overlay.
When I sit at a FT table the live tracker box brings up the stats for the whole table as normal but the table overlay shows the wrong stats for each player. They are all mixed up. Any ideas how do I fix this? For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

Display Issues
Has anyone had display issues with Poker Office?
While using the trial version I found some major bugs in how the program displays. It's difficult to describe in writing but there would often be large sections where the text was not visible, often the whole window would be blank with just the outline of the tables/boxes. I would need to drag the window off the edge of the screen and back again to see the text. Sometimes this would work and sometimes it would still leave sections 'invisible' until I click on them.
I haven't had this problem with any other programs. I'm running Windows XP if that makes any difference
Cheers
Reech

Still not got those display issues sorted, but the support guys at poker office are looking at my log files to see if they can fix it.
I read somewhere that poker office will track data even on tables I am not currently playing on.
"you may want to have PokerOffice track tables while your are sleeping, at work or doing sports. As long as your computer is on, the poker software is running, and you've opened some tables, PokerOffice will suck up any hand played at these tables "
Is this true? I play on willhill but it doesn't seem to track any data unless I'm playing. I get the tracking window open when I'm not playing on a table and the pot odds appear on the overlay thingy, but thats about it. Pretty sure no data is being kept cos I tested it by looking up some players who were on the tables but they were not listed. Knowing my luck Willhill / Cryptologic will be the only poker sites this feature doesnt work with
Maybe some settings I need to play with?
