I was not able to participate in the ladder tourney due to a 12+ hour power outage in the area

Are you fucking kidding me, 12 hours?!!?!?!?!?!?! What the fuck takes 12 hours to fix nowadays?

As a side note this happened while I was in the final 40 of a $5 rebuy during a very big hand. Oh yeah and also while i was doing well in the $20 stud tourney on stars.

I now have experienced the ULTIMATE bad beat, a power outage.

And thats why you dont play online poker. In real life the only equivalant to that would be like you go into a coma for 12 hours on the table.
