The Taj in Atlantic City has a tournament every Friday with a similar buyin. It's a 50+15, 5000 Tournament Chips, freezeout. How many places pay depends on the numnber of entrants, but usually its the final table with less than 100 players and the last two tables with 100-200 players.
First prize is about 40% of the prize pool. In a tournament that I played that had 157 entrants, everyone who made the money won about $110.
The blinds were very aggressive. They started at 25/50, and they double every 20 minutes. Starting with the third level, the antes kicked in. It took less than 4 hours to get to the final table.
I'm guessing that the Foxwoods tournament is similar. The casinos like to offer these tournaments, but they also want their tables back in play for ring games.
The blind structure and payout structure for the Taj tournament is posted on its website (or at least it was at some point). If you haven't done so already, you might check to see if Foxwoods posts their information on the Internet as well.
Good luck!
