hmmmm, perhaps stack the top a little so it's harder to challenge 1-3? #1 will be swarmed with challenges otherwise

Maybe only B can challenge A and only C and D can challenge B

Well its supposed to be thought of like a Boxing ranking, or King of the Hill, There should always be people taking shots at first.
But since there can only be one open challenge at a time per player, it wont be that bad
