The flop comes 9s-8d-3h, and Brunson takes the lead with a pair, and Ly needs a queen, a king, or something runner-runner to stay alive. The turn card is the 4h, and Ly is down to six outs. The river card is the 5c, and Minh Ly is eliminated in second place, earning $203,715.
Doyle Brunson wins Event #29 ($5,000 Short-Handed No-Limit Hold'em), earning $367,800 and his record-tying tenth World Series of Poker bracelet.
