After this one I can't see hellmuth berating another player again!

Brett Richey opened for 3,500 from late position and Phil Hellmuth three-bet to 14,300 from the button. Richey called and they saw a flop of A93 . Richey led out for 18,000 and Hellmuth called. Both players checked the 7 on the turn, but Richey fired again when the J hit the river. Hellmuth flat-called and rolled over 73, having turned two pair. Richey's AK was toast and Hellmuth raked in the pot, increasing his stack to 237,000. Richey was left with 51,000.

Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

Hey you must have been standing near me! At least you seem to have a better recollection of the details than I do but I thought it was funny.

basically 1/2 the field is gone (and they still have 3 more days of play to go) after day 1. Whoever had the bright idea to make this a 4-day event should be fired immediately.

Bruno Fitoussi is out in front, with Moneymaker right behind him. Doyle, Ted Forrest, Raymer, Ivey, Huck Seed, Vanessa Rousso, OMGClayAiken, and Matusow are all still in it (to name a few).

Moneymaker slowly grew his stack all day, and I'd be happy to see him pick up a big big win in this event. He seems to have some really bad luck the last few years ( he always seems to get his money in good).
