In terms of potential for satisfaction, I would definitely vote for Hellmuth.

Hellmuth's tirades are so entertaining, even if he loses and I lose my bet, at least I get the sadistic pleasure of watching him lose his mind

The person who would win would be the person who gets better cards. In the long run I would say Negreanu. His fundamentals are a little messed up, but his reading capability is the best out there. In heads up play, fundamentals aren't really needed. (Hachem's 2,5 straight in WSOP 2005) Hellmuth is better fundamentally but in heads up, reads are more important.
