Default PokerForums.org 3rd Tourney Results

PokerForums.org held it's third tournament on June 12th 2004. A total of 8 players attended the tournament. Unfortunately there were many no-shows this time around, as many people had alternate plans.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/1.jpg - And it begins.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/2.jpg - btp, odd man out, only Non BW player there

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/3.jpg - Frink and umich take an early lead.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/4.jpg - bonchkid manges to stay alive and takes down QQ.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/5.jpg - Frink takes out aBnart with A8s against AQo

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/6.jpg - Klogon leaves bonchkid hanging...

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/7.jpg - btp falls..

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/8.jpg - After 30 minutes, only two people are knocked out so far, with the rich getting richer, and the poor getting poorer.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/9.jpg - 3 way all-in. Frink makes a horrible move. Vense takes out 2 people.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/10.jpg - Frink rivers Klogon's QQ.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/11.jpg - Vense with an enormous chip lead after 37 minutes.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/12.jpg - Klogon hanging on with his teeth.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/13.jpg - Frink decides second pair with baby kicker deserves an all-in... places 3rd.

http://www.pokerforums.org/images/tourney3/14.jpg - Vense wins the tournament.

Congratulations to the money finishers (VenSe, Klogon, and FrinkX).

Yeah, that was fun. Maybe I'll play in the next one too, but depends on my poker that day. I'm not a rich guy and my chances get worse when the better players are playing. :P

As you see, I just cannot say no to diamond flush draws ^.^

vs aBnart it was obvious he had AK AQ AJ of some sort, I had A8d, with a flush draw, straight draw, or hitting an 8. I had a lot of outs and I'd say it was about 50-50 so i took it . Second one was stupid ^.^~~, third one was stupid. I think i just wanted to knock everyone out with draws that day .

my 57 i lost on, I was the short stack and vense was the huge stack. I thought he was full of shit and bullying me but I picked him at the wrrrrrrong time.

It was fun, I'll play next one for real~~!
