Default What is Moneymaker doing?

Haven't seen him at any final tables. Was he just a lucky guy or what.

Yes. He is merely a decent player. Just got everything to line up in 2003. He plays well, but there are a thousand online just like him. Alex could probably take him.

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

i wanna smack the smirk off his face everytime he is on tv. i don't even know why, he just makes me mad. i watched a replay of the 2003 wsop on espn classic a few weeks ago, and was so pissed he beat farha heads up, even though i knew the result heading into it.

i think maybe the reason i am so hostile towards him is that he just seems to pop up where he doesn't belong. for example: what is he doing on poker superstars? i can't imagine the other players really respect his game too much and he played horribly both times he was on. surely they could find someone better, but i guess they are going for ratings. i would just like to see someone more deserving.

He took 2nd place in a WPT event I think, did'nt he?
He's probably not that bad...

That said, he is clearly the worst WSOP champion I ever seen playing.

I don't know how often he enters tourneys but here are his results since winning the WSOP ME.

Taken from here.
