From what I understand of it all, they will have to go through the remission process like everyone else. I don't know why they would file the lawsuit unless I'm not understanding the whole asset forfeiture/remission process.
Seems like a money grab to me. They figure the DOJ has all this money from the forfeiture hanging around so lets fire-off a long-shot lawsuit and see if we can get a pieceLast edited by Steve R; August 9th, 2012 at 12:21 PM.

I think what they are trying to do is make up for lost affiliate revenue, saying they signed up xx,xxx player between black friday and when the AGCC pulled FTP license, so they want revenue from those players. Probably using the $1.2 million as the absolute high-end of their range (maybe their top 30,000 players produce this much revenue in a 2-3 month span), anyway I'm curious to see how this plays out, but it should also be noted that PS is a pretty litigious bunchRead my musings on poker and life at PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog

it would be a shame to hear about Pokerstrategy being underhand so I hope that is not the case I do like that website an feel it is usually good for the community as a whole just wondering is it good for the community to sue P5s?
