Lately I am running bad in tournaments. I find myself running card dead and loosing all big hands I am dealt. So I am blinded down till short stacked and forced all-in.
Question, if I am running card dead for a long time in a tourn, at what point should I start shoving all-in? 15BB 10BB? What sort of hand range should I be looking for?
Over the last few thousand hands I am mostly getting 68os and K7os.

<10BB is generally when I start shoving. As far as what to shove..this depends on SO many factors.
Some factors to consider...
The shorter your stack compared to the blinds, the wider you should push. At some point you just need chips and it becomes necessary to shove any two cards.
The later position you are acting, the wider you can push. Since there are less people left to act, you can take the blinds much more often. When shortstacked taking the just the blinds can improve your standing.
The tighter the players to act are, the wider you can push. Same as above, if you are less likely to get called, the more often you can win the blinds.
The looser your opponents perception of you, the tighter you may need to push. They will call more often and you lose the ability to take down the blinds. If you've been shoving a lot lately, people may take note and start widening their calling range.
If a larger stack is yet to act, the tighter you may need to push. A large stack in the BB are more likely to call a shove. They have a good amount of chips already in, they can often take a small hit to their stack, and by taking you out they.
As far as being card dead...it sucks, I know. Make plays when you have solid reads. Mostly just do your best with what you get.
SNG wizard has a trial and may help you out with the shove/fold aspect of tournies.

Nope, I had never heard of it before. Perhaps I will try on a different computer

I would do that, just import any hands and tournaments over to the other computer for review.
