    Default 15K+ hand Stat Check

Posted in here because I am most certainly still a newbie.

These are all NL2, Full Ring, hands starting January 1st 2009 until mere moments ago.

    Stat report:

I have some idea what I'll hear but I'd like to hear it anyway, and there's probably a lot more.

Here is my results graph. Deviation from EV is mostly made from the hands at points A and B. Both of these were all-in situations where I hit a set on the flop and the villain caught a 2 outer with their KK at A and QQ at B.

Right around the 5726 hand line I had a bit of an epiphany and really believe my game has improved since then.

I'd sure like to get that red line headed up, but I don't know that it's something that can really consciously be manipulated.

Complete in the small blind less prehaps.

    Up your button agg.

Prehaps 3bet% IP and early are off, increase the 3betting IP keep it about the same OOP.

Probably. I tend to fold marginal hands when there are a lot of limpers, which happens a ton at this level. I know it's a bad habit and I'm trying to break it.

That is mostly a function of the level I play at. Play gets to the SB with so many limpers on most hands that I find I'm usually priced in to call with pretty much anything. 10 or 14 to 1 odds are hard to pass up.

More 3bets is something I definitely need. Experimenting with this is in large part responsible for the dip in my results graph between points A and B. I kind of came to the conclusion that NL2 players don't get it lol.

I think the stat might be a bit deceiving as well. Since most NL2 players limp preflop when I raise it isn't considered a 3bet.

Yeah, I think that theory is born out by looking at stats by preflop activity. Only 20% of the hands in this sample even have a 3bet opportunity.

Thanks for the comments so far, please keep them coming. If there are other stats I should be looking at let me know and I'll get them.

The Cbet % is ok, prehaps considering you are playing a loads of 44/1 players a low 3bet is fair enough as well, as their opening range is AA+KK.

Good looking stats for the level you play.

At these stakes it is just a question of value betting the hell out of players.

I agree with completing less in the small blind, don't be fooled by pot odds in this situation as you will still have to play inferior hands out of position and position is huge.

J2 is still J2 regardless of odds when you are out of position.

I never played much micro stake poker but took up a challenge of rolling $50 into $5000 so I know games play differently to the stakes that I'm used to.

    Good luck.
