Default Need Beginning Online Sit-and-Go's and General Adivce

I'm new to the forums and recently put some money on my Pokerstars account. As of now, I am playing only Micro sit-and-go's to both get a feel for the game and to build up my bankroll, so that if I am going to play at a little higher stakes, I would rather be playing with money that I won, since I'd like to not have to reload my account if I were to lose. I'm considering $.01/$.02 cash games, but I generally like the tournament type of play more. I'm not out to make a gigantic bankroll at the moment, but am more interested in generally learning the game. An extra $20 now and then isn't something to complain about.

Anyway, I have been playing a lot of $1 and $3 buy-in sit-and-go's and have found that if I am able to obtain a decent chip lead early on and stick around until BB goes to 150, I'm able to win almost always. However, in the early hands, I usually raise with premium hands or mid-level drawing hands to the minimum raise and try to steal pots. However, the blinds are so low that pot stealing seems insignificant, as much of what I read also says. Additionally, once I have even a slight chip lead when the blinds are low, should I immediately tighten up? One problem is that I try to utilize the big stack too much and too often. However, I think just being aware of this begins to solve that problem. Also, if I get caught stealing too much when blinds are low, it will blow my cover when blinds get higher, which is where it matters. Can anyone offer any advice to make this more consistent?

The books I've read so far are the Daniel Negreanu Hold 'Em tips books and the Power Hold 'Em one. I'm currently reading Gus Hansen's Every Hand Revealed. What would be some other good reading material to get more aquainted with the game?

Finally, if anyone knows of any free training sites or wants to be a poker tutor, please let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

practice practice practice I play alot of multis and cash alot of the time. Everynow and again final table. Stick to solid poker and recognize when the blinds get big and people are starting to steal, steal back.

I'm the kind of person who learns better from watching rather than reading. So what I've done is learn from the best. I've watched poker videos on the best sit and go players, and the not so good players. You can find Sit and go videos and other at thefitpalace.com and their Fit Poker TV section has videos that makes it easier for us to watch.

If you check out the link in my signature they offer tutorials for limit & no-limit and its very good advise (they have a school you can work through) also plenty of freerolls to get your hands dirty in a private environment with less of the usually crappy play.
