I don't like this line much, calling two streets with middle pair seems -ev. You got very lucky he had trips with a lower kicker here.

I think the line I would take on this hand is c/c flop, b/f turn. I don't know if this is the best line to take, though. Perhaps b/f on the flop as well? This hand probably should have been posted in Hand Analysis.

Also, When posting hands, it's easier to read when they are converted. There are several converters out there that can convert Full Tilt hand histories.

i don't know. the play is based on your read. if you said he is a crazy guy then chances are your second pair is good. if it was a normal guy you should probably fold or reraise preflop. calling there to hit against a normal guy is a bad play but against an idiot it's good. it all depends on your read and your read seemed to be right.
