there are so many good places to play. I like to mix it up. What you should consider is the clientèle in each online poker room. there who make the experience. Not the graphics, or the bonuses or things like that...

i think stars is the friendliest for US players to get into, and it also has by far the most games at any hour of the day. i'd start there

I don't like stars as they do not give rakeback.
Full tilt has plenty of games to choose from but I find that so many players are competent in relation to some smaller sites.
PKR I played on and thought it was great fun, the amzing 3D graphics and actually being able to call someone a loser when they chase and miss is genius, bad manors of course but genius all the same!
Eurolinx is where I tend to play mostly these days as to be honest, europeans seem to be much easier to beat than our American cousins.
Poker4ever Is where I first built my roll, games a so soft, but the downside is that there are not many games to choose from. I turned $200 into five fiugures here, just ask any player NL50 -NL200 on there who Brokerstar is and they'll probably respond with hammer time! or cant touch this, yes i acted like a 12yr old more often that I am proud of.. lol
But you are right there are so many to choose from, I would say, do your homework and decide for yourself, but the easier games are not at the two biggest sites (well maybe if you table select well) in my opinion. What ever you do, get yourself a rakeback deal and look for a good coaching site.
