I see people comparing other players when analyzing hands by saying that either themselves, or another person is a, lets just say, 26/15 player. From the context of the post im guessing thats bad, but what do the numbers signify?

Quick Poker Terminology Question

If a player is 26/15/3.0 it would mean he voluntarily puts money in the pot 26% of the time, he raises preflop 15% of the time and has an aggression factor of 3.0.
It basically gives a quick indication of a players style.
A 16/12/4.5 Would be a tight, but very aggressive player, so if he only plays 16% of his hands but when he does play a hand he is raising and re-raising a high % of the time.
If a player is 40/8/1.0 He would be very loose & passive, which would mean he plays a lot of pots but only calls and very rarely raises.
