I use RakeGuard as well. From what I have experienced they are the best in the business for a few reasons (cashout anytime, customer support, free stuff, etc).
Like Ngaskin said, you aren't allowed to get rakeback if you already have an account. However, I know for a fact that many people just use a family member's name to signup for another account. Im not implying that you should do it, just that I know its done a lot...
Either way rakeback is very important (absolutely essential really) for anyone who is interested in playing poker more than on occassion. You may want to consider signing up for a different poker room too.I'm really uncreative when it comes to signatures

I have the same q
Problem is, I have accounts on quite a few poker sites already, or used to at some point. Certainly I don't want to risk getting funds frozen due to multi-accounting.
Is there any rakeback offers that don't involve first signup?

Nope not that I am aware of, I don't think there is probably because the purpose of the affiliate programs (Rakeback companies and the Poker Company) is that the RB company brings new business to the poker room, so the poker room has no purpose in giving rakeback/affiliate offers for someone who is not new business.
Just my theory

Yeah, that sounds about right....

i think there may be no issue with getting a second RB account if u signed up originally through their own site.
i think the problem arises when u signed up through an affiliate in the past and the sites refuse to now tag u to a new affiliate. For the best rakeback rates, greatest choice of poker rooms, more promotions, tournaments and bigger $$$ freerolls than any other rakeback affiliate, visit RakeTheRake, one of the largest and most reputable poker rakeback affiliates in the world.
Get constant bonuses and superb customer support at RedKings. (Non-US only){its rigged for me but prob not u

This is somewhat correct as FTP has started to tag players for rakeback who did not sign up with an affiliate. However, this is in a small testing phase, and no one really knows where that program is going.
People do sign up a second account under a family member's name. This is not allowed by most poker sites. If they find out, typically they will close that second account and transfer your funds back to the first account. This route is not recommended as it is against their terms of service...regardless, it still happens quite often.
If you can't get rakeback at one site, vote with your rake dollars...Move from poker site "A" to poker site "B." Just make sure you sign up with a reputable affiliate.
