These are my stats from this week since giving my game a massive overhaul lately and having 2 weeks off poker and doing some study with various poker books, and some help from Wota on sizing my raises etc I think I am turning the corner, obviously this is only a small sample of my last ~700 hands. My AF is a bit high mainly because of some big moves I have made recently on the Flop & Turn, but feel free to give me some feedback
Regards,

Well for right now just worry about ABC poker. Have you read Sklansky's Small Stakes Hold'em? Its for limit but a lot of it applies like the hand ranges. You have to play hands according to your posistion. Maybe post your posistion stats so I can read into it more. But Don't limp OOP and try to play posistion with your strong hands.

That sample is far too small to give advice on. 10k hands and we can start to help.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.
