    Red face Holdem or stud?

I've only been playing Textas holdem, which i guess is easy to learn the basics. but what is "stud" ? and who preferes what? also what is a free roll? is this a table that you can play without money?

HoldEm is the biggest game in poker so you would do well to concentrate on being good at it. Stud is a game I have never really understood much. It is just a variation of poker.

A freeroll is a tournament put on by a pokersite that has no entry free. Anyone who has joined the site can join in the free tournament. The site usually offers a small amount of money for the prize pool. It is usually offered to bring players into the site.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.
