Kid poker if your bro is of legal age just "pretend: to be him and put all his info in Ps then BAm you'll be able to withdrawal just fine and they will think its your bro doing it not you. but I would think if you get suspended or people mak complains about you and your transactions are fucked up then if you have CC info they could look into that and see some info but I don't really think thats legal and I doubt they ever did that before unless your acct. got scamed
