I thought pokerstars didnt have a rake right now? or is that just how it is when they have one?.....and what does it mean becoming an affiliate...sorry I have this huge headache and cant think straight as of right now

That's news to me. Rake is how the sites make money. It may just be a start up promotion for new deposits, but I haven't heard of it.

Affiliates are just people who have signed up to work with the site. If you sign up using an affiliate's link, you usually get a deposit bonus, as does the affiliate.
