Poker Newbies

The Poker Newbies Forum is a place where new people can learn the game and the jargon of the forum. This forum is reserved for questions regarding:

• Game Structure.
• Game Rules.
• Betting Structure (aka.PP99's man v. self opera).
• Acronyms and jargon NOT listed in the Acronyms post after this one on the board.
• Other questions not mentioned in the FAQ, follow ups to those, etc, but utilize teh search engine. Everyone was new at some time and has probably asked what you were about to ask.

This is not the place to:

• Ask for situational gameplay advice. That's what the Hand Analysis and Strategy forums are for.
• Beg for money.
• Be arrogant. n00b's are referred to as n00b's for a reason, well 2 reasons - most importantly because they're new and just don't know. So, experienced players, please leave your thrusted chests at the door.
