Flush hand ranking question

lets say you have a flush..now if you have A of that suit and a low ranking card .. you beat the otherpplayers even if they have K,Q suited or does it go liek the highest ranking hand with the flush

Example

You:

Player:

Board

you win right??

also if anyone has the A of H they have the nuts?? I think I know the answer but I am confused.

because whoever has the highest suit gets the better flush right?? so my A dominates their K,Q ..is this correct ?

when I meant highest suit I mean Highest numbered suit.

no he has KQ, and you have only a A and 3, King and Queen can gain up on your ace and beat the shit out of it but your 3 can't hurt the king and queen. you lose.
