I kind of found mono's post a little funny (in the stupid people are funny way), but yes, you win. Unless he hits Jh and 9h. Why do you ask?

To clear this up for you -

If two players hold a flush then the player with the highest card of that suit wins. So yes you do win. Even if he had 2 hearts and you only had one, as long as you hold the higher card then you win.

You play the best 5 card hand. In omaha this includes 2 of your hole cards. If one player had a flush QJ852 while another had AJ652, the ace high flush would win.

You take the highest card in the flush to decide the winner, if they are the same you move to the next one and so on.

Those are the rules for ALL poker hands in all the more common high games except lo and split pot (in lo games, things run a bit differently, the same for lo hands in split pot games).

I don't even know why the heck you'd need to ask this question.

There can be only one..... flushed suit.

You must play two of your hole cards, and so there have to be three cards on the board of the same suit to make a flush. Since there are only five cards, it would be impossible for someone to have the nut flush of spades and someone else to have the nut flush of diamonds.

If you both have a flush in the same suit, the player with the highest card in the hole wins.
