Does it happen and how? or how not?

Absolutely. Collusion being the worst. Dont forget as well the couple guys that got busted a while back playing multiple accounts in one tournament.

I really dont think that poker rooms have organised cheating (i.e rigging hands). You would only need one disgruntled tech to let the bag out and the directors would all go to prison. the poker room make money not matter who wins the hand.
