Default Which book NOW??

hello all...

Im no real begginer but im no real 'advanced" player.( I do better in tourney play then in CASH play)

I was wondering what my next 2 books should be purchased after (re)re-reading Phil gordon's LGB and SS;2

Mike caro's Poker book of tells( I've been thinking about this being one of my purchases)

But also HOH:2 and of course TOP( considered one of the best around..both of these books are considered the best)

So one major con IMO to TOP is that it may bee to advanced for me at this time and I don't think I can follow it the first 2-3 times I read this book as it may be waay to advanced for me.

So I was leaning on HOH but also I wanna learn the mathematical side as well.

So which shall it be HOH:2 or TOP ?? or get both of them and rid Mike Caro's book

If you have read HOH1 you should definitely read HOH2. Thats my vote.

Yes but read HOH1 first and then HOH2.

If you mainly play tournaments the HOH I & II are "must have's" IMO. It's a 2 part thing really, reading 2 without reading the 1st one is kinda useless. The first book covers the early-mid stages of a tourney. The second one covers the mid-end stages up to and including final table play.

Why would you only want to read the second one? Trust me man, read them both. Preferably in order...

Third one is also very good imo. It's only examples but it really makes you think about the specific situations and gives you an idea of how well you know the concepts in the other books.
