I have a few questions ( ONCE AGAIN)
1. When I raise, I call the bet lets say 50 and raise it 50(no less) more which means the next person needs to put in 100 unless he called the fifty before the guy..who raised it................Is this right
2.Once everyone calls and the flop, river or fourth street is dealt.
does everyone bet like a new game,Like starting at 0...
Or do we take place As if we started right after our last betting round.
thx (plzzzzzz im very sorry with grammer and misspells)

I think you're right on the first one, if I understand what you're saying. If position one bets 50, and position two raises it 50, position 3 must put in 100 to call. It's it's called back around to position 1, he must put 50 in to call.

If it's no limit the palyer can bet anything from the amount of the big-blind to his entire stack. In a limit game he can only bet the lower of the two spread numbers for that game (in a 1/2 limit game he could only bet 1).

Dude thx alot...Now i finally learned the betting structure.
One clarification. Can u give me an example on what this rule is trying to say?
This is for NL texas holdem
Raise - when you raise you first put enough in the pot to match what has already been bet and then you raise the pot by putting an additional amount in (the limit on how much you can raise depends on the game). So lets say the initial bet was 25 cents, you could say you're raising by 25 cents and you would then have to put a total of 50 cents in. Now the other players will either Call, Raise, or fold.
1..Does it mean like if some one puts in 50.then to raise it, u call 50 and raise 50 more. to 100? ( And that u cannot raise less then the 50 like(i call 50 and raise 10))
hope this is easy to read.Poker

First, there is no limit to how much you can raise in NL (expect chips stacks).

so, in a 1/2 game. The first player bets 2 bucks. The miminum the next player could raise would be 2 dollars to make 4 total. If he raises to 6 (raise of 4) the next players minimum raise would be to 10.
Try not to think in I call your bet and raise, that can be considered in string bet IRL and you can be forced to just call.
Right?

Beavis is right. Don't think about "call and raise", think about either raising to x or rasing by X. If you bet 50, then I throw in 100 I could say I've raised it by 50, or raised it to 100.
