Just started playing .5/1 limit on stars and in my first session of about 1 hour im up like 80 bucks people call with everything!!!
dunno if this is the way 2 play in limit but i hold AQ in hole flop comes 5A3 im betting wiv my ace gets called called all the way to showdown i have a pair of aces player has a par of 5's

Thats very odd for that limit on stars.

Just warning you. After an hours play.. only expect to be up $10. This is the very far end of variance you are experiencing.

limit is a very different game than NL. You are probably getting a great run of cards (which is good), but dont rely on that to make you a winner.....it will even out.

If you are serious about playing limit you should start out by reading SSH. Also start participating in the limit hand discussions we post on here. There is a good core group of limit players on here to learn from. Post some hand histories, or try to analyze the ones we post.

I made the transition about 2 months ago and absolutely love limit. The only NL I will play now is the occasional tourney.

Just be careful because when you hit a streak of those callers hitting their hands on the turn and river you can go broke really quick and it can be very frustrating. Trust me, I know from experience.
