Default poker whoaring

after looking at poker whores.com thought i'd give it a whirl as i feel i'm missing out. The question i have about it is the raked requirements.

Do the sites when trying to attain a bonus let you know about your current progression or does one need to keep a manual log>?

Thanks

Bonus whores has a neat bonus grid which can give you a ballpark of the clearance rates, I find they are very much on the optomistic side however if you decrease it by about 1/3rd you get a more accurate number.

I mean, it would be pretty difficult to calculate all the raked hands if the site didn't for you.

And i take it, that it's better to clear these bonuses via limit rather than nl, as one would be depositing the minimum to attain the maximum? and considering the BR requirements for limit are lower?
