Ironically, I tend to model my play after Mr. White...One cool customer. I tend to "practice" my game face while I'm playing online but that's more for my own (and sometimes my wifes) amusement. If I'm not in a hand I tend to be animated and able to hold a conversation, but once I get involved, I tend to concentrate and think through each move...I also keep 6-8 chips on my desk and practice shuffling them while I'm playing. Somehow having actual chips in front of me while I play tends to help my concentration. It also gives my hands something to do other then hit the call button when I know I shouldn't...
When I play IRL, I tend to act the same way. I don't mind being a friendly guy between hands and what not, but when in a hand, I try to act the same way each hand...Not sure if I succeed or not, have to ask the guys I play with...
