Default Was I just lucky?

I'm playing in a 45 man $1.20 SnG. This was the very first hand. I did very well out of it - but was it more luck than judgment? I'm particularly not sure about my call on the flop. Cheers guys.

Default no

You're in the flop for free..is it worth 60 chips on the flop?...Probably not. There were a lot of hands that had you in trouble. KT (made str8 -even the 9 on the turn doesnt help you) QT, JT trips etc etc that 60 was pretty close to being wasted - particularly as there were plenty of callers stealing your outs with plenty of threat outs knocking around... In my judgement you were certainly behind on the flop with the prospect of things just getting worst...but you lucked out. Alot of made hands on the river (eg if a T fell giving you a low end srt8) can't be bet aggressivley because of the one card high end str8 so you don't get the implied odds...

Should you?... no...
