I have not played online poker since the US shutdown, and I am VERY skeptical of sites that take US players. I very much want to play online again, but It appears that almost every site (BOL, CAKE, BOVADA) has reports of scam-like activity. Another disturbing thing I've picked up on, is how BetOnline has been paying off websites to produce positive reviews. A wise man once said; "It's all fine and good... until you withdrawl your funds." I've heard a lot about these sites confiscating your funds for bulls**t reasons like playing with money gained in bonuses and freerolls.
Please advise,
HAL

Merge network is the best choice. So either Lock or Carbon. Everleaf rooms are also reputable, but hardly any traffic.
EDIT!!! Everleaf stopped accepting US player, DO NOT GO THERE. Many of the everleaf sites are still VERY willing to let you deposit money, then ban you. I'm not sure how this is all going to play out, but it's not coolLast edited by KnightofNarg; March 7th, 2012 at 06:03 PM.

I've been playing regularly on Bovada, and I have had no cashout problems, and the players are terrible.

Checked out Bovoda, it's a part of the bodog network, and is a legit site with quick cashouts. There are a few problems with the site...
1.Collussion in tournaments, from what I've read there seems to be a fair amount of this. Keep your eyes open and watch out.
2.Buggy software. Lot of irritating things, as well as issues that interfere with play. The positive side is that they're trying to work out issues.
