This site is nothing but a scam, the software itself is slow and difficult to
Navigate, but that is not all. The customer service is the poorest in the
Online industry that I have seen. I have had nothing but problems and have
Been lied to, for the 3 wks of my account.

1. There website, after you register tells you that the sign up bonus will be paid
Out in $10 intervals at 2500 comp points per interval, until you go to claim
Them then you are told it is 4000 points.

2. I was entering a hi/lo Omaha game, and was misdirected (either the delay
Sent me where I did not want to go) or the poor differentiation of the registration
Screens allowed me to make an error. I was understanding but felt they could
Have issued comp points for my problem, and was denied without suitable
Explaination or consideration.

3. I was notified that I qualified for a freeroll tournament, but when I was
Able to register for one, it was not available, when I asked what was the reason
The wanted me to produce the notification.

4. After all this, I went to close and cash out my account and the software said
I needed $50 and would charge me $15 for my trouble, pure highway robbery.

Don’t go to this site, get out if you have been, that is the only way we can

Saw this same error twice in as many minutes on this site. Yes, I'm a grammar nazi.

I have used Carbon poker for 15 years and have had no problems whatsoever.
I also have 50+ friends who use it and they also have had no problems.
One time Carbon poker gave me and my friends $1000 each for free.
When I request a check from Carbon poker I always get it the same day, even if I request it at 11:30 pm.

Carbon once shut down my account that had 800$ on it.. 2 weeks later i had 300 left.. I asked them what happened.. They said it was my fault for giving my password away.. wich i never did.. then i asked them.. Even if anyone ever knew my pass.. How coudl they play if you shut it down?
They never replied.
I cashed out ever since and never played there.
